Beta terms
A fair way to use ithras.
These terms set the working rules for the invite-only beta. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.

Your account
Use accurate account information, keep access credentials private, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. An invite is personal unless the invitation says otherwise.
Use Circles responsibly
Do not harass people, impersonate others, expose private information, manipulate reputation, send spam, upload malware, evade access controls, or use ithras for unlawful activity. Respect each circle’s audience and other members’ rights.
Your material
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give ithras permission to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate the service and the sharing choices you make. Make sure you have the right to submit it.
AI-assisted features
Coaching, profile, CV and interview outputs may be incomplete or wrong. They are drafting and practice aids, not a promise of employment or professional, legal or financial advice. Review important outputs and do not submit confidential third-party information you are not allowed to share.
A changing beta
Features, limits and availability can change as the beta develops. We may restrict or suspend access to protect members, investigate abuse, comply with law or keep the service reliable. Where practical, we will explain material account action.
Availability and ending use
The beta may contain defects or interruptions and is provided without a promise of continuous availability. You can stop using it and delete your account. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy notice explains information handling. Questions about these terms can go through Support or to shashank@ithras.com.
