Your information, in plain language.

Depending on what you use, this can include your email, name, handle and sign-in details; career profile and CV information you enter or upload; circle posts, replies, messages and connection activity; closed-category Circle safety reports and content-free moderation decision history; interview answers, transcripts and recordings submitted for transcription; and basic usage, device and error information.

We also keep waitlist, invitation and onboarding records needed to operate gated access.

We use this information to provide and secure your account, build the career and Circles features you request, generate coaching and drafting responses, communicate about access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the beta.

We do not claim that automated suggestions are always correct. Review generated career, CV and interview material before relying on it.

Information you publish to a public profile can be seen publicly. Posts and messages are shown to the people or circles indicated by the product. Draft profile, CV and practice material is not presented as public unless you choose a publishing or sharing action.

Authorized administrators may inspect reported Circle content and its account attribution, including content displayed anonymously to members, when needed to investigate abuse and record a moderation decision.

We use providers for infrastructure, authentication, transcription and AI-assisted features, and may add providers for email or analytics as the beta develops. They may process only the information needed to perform those services under their own terms and our arrangements with them. Ask support if you need the current provider list before submitting sensitive material.

We record how the site is used so we can see what is broken and what is confusing: pages opened, buttons pressed, how long a page took to load, and errors. This is first-party only. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts, no tracking pixels, and nothing that follows you to other websites.

Two cookies give each browser an anonymous identifier so a single visit holds together. They are not readable by page scripts and are not shared. We record what was clicked — a button’s name — never what you type into a field.

Your IP address is used once, when a visit begins, to work out an approximate city, and is then discarded. We store the city, region and country. We do not store IP addresses. Visit records are deleted 90 days after the visit.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we record nothing: no cookie is set and no page views or clicks are kept.

The gated beta is still establishing a formal retention schedule. We keep information while it is needed to run the service, meet safety or legal needs, and resolve disputes.

Circle safety reports contain a selected category and no free-text note. After a Circle moderation case is resolved, its content-free case record, report categories and audit history are retained in the live service for up to 365 days. A member’s report is removed earlier if their account is erased, and a former operator’s identity is unlinked. Limited backup or security-log copies may remain after deletion.

Signed-in members can request a data export or account deletion from Account. You can also contact Support for access, correction or privacy help.
